Alana De La Garza has earned a reputation in the television. The year was 1976. De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. Her move to Texas for the purpose of pursuing the career of a physical therapist in the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on different roles as an actor on local independent films as well as global commercials. She quickly found her passion for the art of acting despite the small parts. She then moved to New York in 2001 and she got her first job in acting as Rosa Santos on All My Children A daytime soap. Throughout the first decade of 2000, she played minor roles on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. The role she landed was in 2004 on the brief drama The Mountain. De La Garza, who played Maria Serrano on The Mountain was lucky to be able to appear alongside a number of the famous TV celebrities including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget and Mitch Pilegget. The role that she is most well-known for is her A.D.A. character in Law & Order (2006). Connie Rubirosa. She was a part of 85 episodes. The character of her Law & Order: LA spinoff was short lived. De La Garza was nominated for numerous awards including the award for Best Supporting Actress for TV from the Imagen Foundation Awards as well as a number of ALMA Award nominations. In 2008, she won the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza was then selected as a regular actor in CSI Miami. She was Marisol Deko and was also the wife to David Caruso's character Horatio. On NBC's dark and dramatic thriller Do No Harm she played the role in the role of the character Dr. Lena Solis. It was eventually cancelled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is born of Italian heritage and is the younger sister of Cory who is ten years older than her. Her family was very strict and religious one. Milano was only seven years old young when her babysitter drove Milano to an audition. Out of more than a thousand applicants, she was chosen as one of just four. Milano was featured in commercials for TV and off Broadway shows, like the American first musical adaptation from Jane Eyre.
